Oklahoma fire officials say a dog was rescued by officials on a paddle boat after it fell from a frozen lake.

A dog has been rescued after falling from a frozen lake in Oklahoma, fire officials said.
Oklahoma City Fire Department officials respond pet report Needed to be rescued on Christmas Eve, according to a post on the fire department’s Facebook page.
Emergency responders arrived at The Pines West Lake around 3 p.m. to find a man standing with a rope attached to a dog that had fallen into the ice.
Rescuers rescued the dog using a paddle steamer ashore, according to a Facebook post.
Rescuers said the dog was taken to the shoreline uninjured.
“We’re delighted that this turned out well,” read the Facebook post.
