Warm New Year’s Eve ahead in Central Florida

Central Florida will experience a warm Saturday on the last day of 2022, Spectrum News 13 meteorologist Amy Sweezey said.

While it will be a warm weekend, there will still be scattered rain and storms across the region, Sweezey said.

Today’s maximum temperature is 84 degrees, the minimum temperature is 66 degrees, and the rain coverage rate is 40%.

It was 71 degrees at 9pm and 68 degrees at midnight. There will also be a few showers around, which will continue into Sunday morning.

Temperatures will cool down next weekend, with highs in the 70s.
